Chapter Meetings: The regular meetings of the chapter are held on the third Thursday of each month from April to October (except July). Half of our meetings are lunch meetings and the other half are evening meetings. Members receive yearbooks containing a printed schedule and are also notified of meeting times by newsletter during the month of the meetings. The National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, founded in 1890, is a service organization dedicated to service to the nation. Its objectives are Historic Preservation, Promotion of Education, and Patriotic Endeavor.
